Myocardial bridge

The presence of a perivascular intermediate intensity in a segment of an epicardial coronary artery with a fine band surrounding it is indicative of myocardial bridging (Half-moon sign in IVUS). The find band in this image is clearly visualized in the 3 to 6 o’clock (asterisk). The corresponding case is available in IVUS.
