Spontaneous coronary artery dissection

It’s a rare cause of acute coronary syndrome and sudden death. In this case, the true men (TL) and false lumen(FL) are clearly identified, but the site of intimal tear is not identifiable due to its limited resolution. Usually false lumen is larger than the true lumen. The corresponding case is available in OCT.
