Abdominal aortic aneurysm
Huge infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is found in aortogram. The maximal diameter of AAA was 7.8 cm and severely angulated below the renal artery .

PV 0.35 IVUS catheter pullback was performed from suprarenal area to internal Iliac artery. IVUS provide a detailed information about the location of both renal artery and proximal neck of the aneurysm. The maximal diameter of huge AAA could not be measured because the size of AAA was over 60 mm of IVUS window. However, the length of AAA and the vessel size of iliac artery which are important for the deployment of the graft stent can be exactly measured with IVUS.
