SyncVision case: iFR and IVUS Tri-registration
Figure A & B showed the result of iFR and IVUS Tri-registration.
The SyncVision iFR and IVUS Tri-registration application co-registers the location of the IVUS image on the angiogram and provides easy length and area measurements with a manual IVUS pullback.
Figure C showed the result of iFR Co-registration. There were 5 dots in the LAD ostial lesion, which means that the iFR gradient is 0.05. We recognized that main iFR step up was occurred through LAD ostial stenosis. (Supplemental the following video)
We can easily obtain a combination of IVUS and iFR information by SyncVision.
