Very late stent thrombosis

A thrombus is visualized as an intraluminal inhomogeneous mass which can either be attached or floating within the lumen. The external elastic lamina and stent struts are clearly visualized, but poor visualization of the lumen-thrombus interface in IVUS. The corresponding case is available in OCT.
