Underexpansion

The stent visualized in this image appears to be crimped consistent with suboptimal stent expansion. DES 3.0x12 mm was implanted at mLAD. Suboptimal stent expansion (measured minimal stent area 3.58 mm²) are visualized in this image. Suggestions for an adequate stent expansion; minimal stent area 5.5 mm² or 80% expansion of reference lumen area. The corresponding case is available in OCT.
