Left main ostium

IVUS is useful to evaluate the left main coronary artery including its ostium. The plaque was fibrotic, eccentric plaque. Minimal lumen area of the ostium was 4.42 mm². The corresponding case was presented in OCT which showed blood swirls artifact.
