Myocardial bridge

“Half-moon” phenomenon is the characteristic finding : an echolucent area present only between the bridged coronary segment and epicardial tissue that persists throughout the cardiac cycle. Phasic arterial compression, plaque formation proximal to bridge and negative arterial remodeling are closely related. The corresponding case is available in OCT.
