Plaque Rupture

Multiple ruptured plaque contains a cavity that communicated with lumen with an overlying residual fibrous cap fragment. A communication(arrow) exists between the cavity of the rupture (R) and the lumen (L) at the 12 o’clock position. The corresponding case is available in OCT.
