Aneurysmal dilatation was occurred after a drug-eluting stent. Vessel distension that includes all layers of the vessel wall with an EEM and lumen area 20% or more than the proximal reference segment at follow-up. A stricter definition compared with the definition used in the Bare metal stent era (vessel distension 50% larger than proximal reference segment). The corresponding case is available in IVUS.
