Spontaneous coronary artery dissection

It’s a rare cause of acute coronary syndrome and sudden death. In this case, the true men (TL) and false lumen(FL) are clearly identified, but the site of intimal tear is not identifiable which divide the true lumen from the false lumen at dissection site. Usually false lumen is larger than the true lumen. The corresponding case is available in IVUS.
