Vessel size

The selection of an undersized stent can be higher when OCT is used for PCI. Careful measurement is necessary to choose an optimal stent diameter. There are two methods to measure the vessel size for the stent. Firstly, using lumen sizing and round up to nearest stent size. Secondly, external elastic lamina can be used and round down to nearest stent size. And it need to consider the vascular remodeling of reference segment site.
