Left main artery Carina Shift

Xience stent 3.5x18 mm was implanted in left main-proximal left anterior descending artery (LAD), Angiography suggested a carina shift after deployed the stent. The vessel wall of left circumflex artery(LCX) which is close to LAD was straightened due to stenting. Although angiographically looks severe, the lumen of ostial LCX was patent.
